These run without you. If one of them asks you a question, that is a defect in the stage before it.
This is expected, and the method is built for it. Each rung asks less than the one above; any of them produces a usable answer. Going down the ladder is the session's job, not yours — you only have to react to whatever is in front of you.

So a new round starts warm instead of asking you everything again. Full record: taste/PROFILE.md.

When two systems disagree, the first rule that settles it wins.
Everything the line uses: repos, the skills they ship, the agents on the shelf, and the built-in tools that are not library repos.
The rule above each specimen is its cost tier: green no path to a charge · yellow free with a paid door · red spends on use.

Free web resources the line points to, plus the Repo Ledger — Clay's own Instagram saves, catalogued.
Rows marked “curated” were added by Claude and have not yet been used in a design engagement — treat them as untested leads. Rows sourced from the Repo Ledger (“Instagram save”) are Clay's own saves. Everything else is named directly in METHOD.md / TOOLCHAIN.md.

Every wall, candidate set and proof a design round has put in front of you. Kept, because each one was published once and would otherwise survive only as a URL in a log line — and a rejected candidate is worth as much as a chosen one when the next round starts.
Nothing matches those filters.
The session appends to hq/gallery.json the moment it
publishes something — never afterwards, because the URL is the only copy. What is
recorded is not just the link but what you did with it: that is the part
the next round reads. Your decisions themselves live in
taste/PROFILE.md.
What the design line has learned — one entry per lesson, evidence-backed, with a mechanism that makes it stick.
